Job summary

Cole Health in Austin, TX is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals with at least 1 year of autism experience. The role is on-site at 12407 Hymeadow Drive, with a path to higher competency and pay after an RBT exam.

You will work under BCBA supervision and support children in early intervention programs. The job offers an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00 depending on competency and experience, with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, 401K, medical coverage, and training

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism.
• Willing to take an RBT competency exam.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to teach functional language, milestones, self-help, social and advocacy skills.
• Collaborate with the team and grow with feedback.
• Collect and summarize data per the individualized treatment plan.
• Daily attendance is essential for delivering services in early intervention programs.
