Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims, and other passenger issues
• Interpret identification labels, baggage, and cargo routing tags
• Operate self-service kiosks
• Maintain organized work areas
• Provide positive assistance attitude
• Ensure safe and secure operations
• Lift/move up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage
• Perform bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Comfortable lifting 70 lbs
• Ability to stand long periods at ticket and gate areas
• Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
• Flexible with shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required
