Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims, and other passenger issues
- Interpret identification labels, baggage, and cargo routing tags
- Operate self-service kiosks
- Maintain organized work areas
- Provide positive assistance attitude
- Ensure safe and secure operations
- Lift/move up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage
- Perform bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Comfortable lifting 70 lbs
- Ability to stand long periods at ticket and gate areas
- Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
- Flexible with shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills required

Education & Experience
High School diploma or higher preferred.
