Job summary

X0PA AI Pte Ltd is seeking a Flight Attendant to ensure passenger safety and comfort on every flight. You will greet passengers, demonstrate safety procedures, serve meals and beverages, and respond to emergencies to maintain a secure and welcoming cabin environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to handle stressful situations with tact. Candidates should be eligible to work in the United States and able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18–21 years old at time of application.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or related fields.
• Valid passport with minimum 18 months validity remaining.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preflight briefings with pilots and crew.
• Conduct preflight safety checks and ensure cabin is clean and stocked.
• Greet passengers during boarding and assist them with seating.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and emergency procedures before takeoff.
• Ensure seatbelts are fastened and luggage is stowed.
• Serve beverages, meals, and snacks during flight.
• Respond to passenger questions and concerns about flights and routes.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
• Monitor cabin for safety and security risks.
• Reassure passengers during turbulence and manage disruptions.
• Administer first aid and coordinate emergency medical care when needed.
• Direct passengers during evacuations and operate emergency equipment.
• Prepare and submit reports on incidents during flights.
• Ensure cabin is secured before landing and assist during deplaning.
