Qualifications

• Experience in paratransit scheduling in Ecolane preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Telephone speaking and/or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Accept trip reservations from eligible passengers.
• Provide system information for current, new, and potential passengers.
• Maintain accurate records and appropriate filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with operations staff regarding passenger issues.
