Job summary
AHCCCS, Arizona’s Medicaid agency, is seeking a Health Program Manager 1 to implement the PASRR program for Arizona residents admitted to skilled nursing facilities. Qualifications
- Knowledge of Federal and State PASRR regulations.
- Experience with program planning and design.
- Familiarity with health program resources.
- Understanding of PASRR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PASRR submissions (Level I & II).
- Monitor PASRR database and assist providers.
- Develop and monitor program policies.
- Provide training and technical assistance.
- Interpret federal/state rules.
- Maintain client records/referrals.
- Attend relevant meetings/conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
