Maximus is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the Florida PASRR program in Tallahassee. This leadership role is responsible for directing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality clinical assessments, and supporting a team dedicated to helping individuals receive appropriate services and placement recommendations.

The Clinical Manager collaborates with internal teams, state partners, and stakeholders to drive performance, quality, and service excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality clinical assessments.
• Lead a team dedicated to helping individuals receive appropriate services and placement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, state partners, and stakeholders to drive performance, quality, and service excellence.
• Work onsite in Tallahassee, FL, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation approximately once per quarter.
