Maximus is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor for our Florida PASRR program in Tallahassee. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Clinical Coordinators, review assessments, and develop findings summaries to ensure timely, high-quality reviews.

This onsite role includes an for on-call rotation approximately once per quarter and requires dedication to supporting vulnerable populations.

Job description

Maximus is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Florida PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) program in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Clinical Coordinators responsible for reviewing assessments and developing summaries of findings and outcomes. You will serve as a clinical subject matter expert, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of clinical reviews while supporting complex decision-making and escalated case consultations.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping ensure individuals receive appropriate level-of-care recommendations and access to necessary supports and services. This is a full-time, onsite role in Tallahassee, FL, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately once per quarter.
