Maximus is seeking a Clinical QA Analyst for the Florida PASRR program in Tallahassee. You will join a Quality and Risk Management team focused on ensuring clinical assessments meet contract requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of clinical assessments and case documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Analyze reports, monitor SLAs, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Utilize internal quality tools and reporting systems to gather data, track performance metrics, and support contract reporting requirements.
• Provide feedback and guidance to clinical reviewers and coordinators to promote quality outcomes and adherence to established standards.
• Support compliance and quality initiatives that help ensure vulnerable individuals receive timely and appropriate services.
