Job Title: Party Activities Assistant

Job Purpose: To ensure a fun, safe, and memorable party experience for children, parents, and guests by delivering genuine hospitality and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet party children and parents warmly to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Prepare the party environment with attention to detail, including Club Fit balloons, decorations, and any specific parent requests.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the gym and party room prior to and during events.
• Confirm party details in advance and assist with cake pickup or ordering when necessary.
• Review the party schedule and checklist to ensure appropriate equipment is set up
  • Mats and inflatables (if required)
  • Laser Tag setup
  • Pool area inspection (if applicable)
• Ensure any café items used are returned promptly.

Communication:

• Stay informed about other Club Fit departments, programs, and events, promoting a community-focused atmosphere.

Service Standards:

• Take personal accountability for all assigned tasks.
• Exhibit a consistently positive and professional attitude.
• Arrive on time for scheduled parties or arrange appropriate coverage while informing the manager and relevant staff.
• Wear the full Club Fit uniform, including issued shirt and nametag.
• Greet and assist members with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
• Maintain respectful and supportive interactions with members, colleagues, and management.

Professional & Technical Knowledge:

• Apply previous party or event experience to manage logistics effectively.
• Follow the established party checklist to ensure smooth execution.
• Complete all assigned 1Huddle and compliance training within the communicated timelines (ERP, Blood Bone Pathogen, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Cyber Security)

Team Contribution:

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with additional parties as needed.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Energy Center Manager

Pay Range: $16.50-$18/ Hr.
