Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment seeks a Party Host to create a fun, engaging event experience. You will welcome guests, coordinate activities, liaise with venue staff, and ensure smooth operation on event day.

You will manage games, celebrate birthdays, supervise setup and cleanup, provide basic first aid, and handle inquiries with a positive, guest-focused attitude. This role is based in Pickerington, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, or respond to complaints.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure details are handled properly.
• Own It by inspecting dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and guests.
• Decorate the space to host the Event.
• Organize and facilitate games and/or activities.
• Lead Birthday celebrations and cake distribution with spirit.
• Address questions and direct to appropriate person as needed.
• Help create and ensure a safe program environment including setup/cleanup.

The Party Host is responsible for creating a fun and enjoyable event and will help coordinate events and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. Welcoming guests, answering questions, and liaising with venue team members to ensure a fun and enjoyable event is part of their duties.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed.
• Own It by inspecting dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and guests.
• Decorate the space to host the Event.
• Organize and facilitate games and/or activities.
• Spirit when leading the party in Birthday celebration and cake distribution.
• Respect when answering questions and/or direct questions to the appropriate person.
• Help to create and ensure a safe program environment which may include program set-up and clean-up and general cleaning of spills and/or notify facility staff.
• Administer and/or assist with basic First Aid and completion and submission of accident report forms.
• Courage to embrace the ability to facilitate conflict resolution and independently problem-solve.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
