Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Party Host in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will welcome birthday parties, manage scheduled activities, and create unforgettable experiences for guests while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will interact with guests, assist party parents, process payments, and help with setup and teardown. Prior food/bev or hosting experience is a plus. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage arriving birthday parties as their Host throughout scheduled activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with party guests and keeping events on track.
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party parents/planners.
• Assist with gathering gifts and cake when applicable.
• Process payments and welcome guests back after activities.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the shift.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
