Main Event in Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time Party Host to welcome birthday parties, guide activities, and keep guests engaged throughout scheduled events.

You will monitor activities, anticipate needs, assist parents or planners, handle gifts and cake, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their host during scheduled activities.
• Interact with guests to create memorable experiences throughout the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake when applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests upon arrival.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
