Job summary

Main Event in Olathe, KS seeks a Party Host to greet guests, manage activities, and ensure safe, fun birthday celebrations. You’ll engage with party guests, support the host/parent, and help with setup and teardown while keeping safety and sanitation standards in mind.

Prior food and beverage or party-host experience is a plus; strong teamwork and multitasking are essential for delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Able to multitask and stay organized during events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage arriving birthday parties as their Host.
• Serve as Host throughout scheduled activities and ensure guests have a great experience.
• Interact with guests to create memorable birthday moments and anticipate party needs.
• Monitor events, assist party parents/planners, and coordinate gifts and cake if applicable.
• Set up, break down, and clean after each party event and process payments.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
