Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Party Host to welcome birthday parties and guide them through scheduled activities with a focus on fun, safety, and sanitation.

You will engage guests, coordinate activities, process payments, and assist with setup and teardown while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive culture. Availability on days, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, teammates and guests.
• Available to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving parties as their host.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with guests during activities.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs and assist the party planner.
• Gather gifts and cake, process payments and greet guests.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
