Job summary

Urban Air Bloomingdale is seeking a Party Coordinator to lead our birthday party department. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, designing memorable events with food, drinks, and attractions, and coordinating party staff.

You will mentor team members, ensure the party-management system is followed, and help exceed guest expectations every day. Fridays–Sundays and events may require flexible hours, with a fun, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced family entertainment environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with enjoy mentoring younger staff.
• Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the party management system is followed and guests are guided through packages.
• Surpass parents' expectations for service and event execution.
• Represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm while presenting party options.
• Sell party packages and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive store-level results.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑run environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department! Our ideal team member will serve as the ‘First Point of Contact’ of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations.
