Job summary

Urban Air Paradise Valley is seeking a Party Coordinator to lead the birthday party department and serve as the first point of contact for guests. You will design party experiences, mentor staff, and manage operations to deliver exceptional events in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.

You will promote party packages, ensure guest satisfaction, and work with the Leadership Team to achieve strong financial results while maintaining safety and energy that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire birthday party department as the first point of contact for guests.

• Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive store financial results.

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations.
