Job summary

Carolina CAT in Charlotte seeks a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team, ensure a safe, efficient operation, and meet branch and corporate objectives. You will supervise 2nd and 3rd shift activities, coordinate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, and drive improvements to 6s and process controls while delivering top customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field plus 3+ years in

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations with supervisory experience.
Strong working knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

Promotes safety through own work habits and enforces safety standards.
Leads by example to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time performance.
Coordinates activities of 2nd and 3rd shift staff in stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
Supervises and evaluates warehouse staff for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Works with Parts and Service supervisors to resolve pick, pack, and delivery issues.
Maintains SQDC boards and leads daily team huddles.
Performs regular Gemba walks to identify 6s concerns.
