Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to support parts operations and lead daily warehouse activities. This role focuses on coordinating people, improving processes, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of parts and inventory while supporting team productivity.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and processing returnable items (cores).
• Lead team members in pulling, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Supervise parts delivery staff and support timely deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and report results to Inventory Control.
• Collaborate with Back Parts Counter and Service Department for fast deliveries.
• Oversee shipping accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipments.
