Job summary

Cumberland International Trucks - Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and support parts operations. You will coordinate flow, supervise receiving, packing, and shipping, and work with the inventory team to ensure accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes organizing, process improvement, and strong internal customer service to keep parts moving and support the service department needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment required.
• 3–5 years preferred across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of parts and inventory while supporting team productivity and service department needs.
• Supervise employees responsible for receiving, storing, and processing returnable items (cores).
• Lead team members engaged in pulling, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Supervise parts delivery staff and support timely deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and report results.
