Job summary

Doggett Equipment Services Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse team member to receive, store, and ship parts while maintaining orderly warehouse operations. The role includes logging shipments and damages, stocking locations, and basic forklift operation, with support for warranty and inventory staff as needed.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, plus familiarity with company software.

Qualifications

• Prefer one-year parts/warehouse related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of company specific software.

Responsibilities

• Receives parts that are shipped in, ensuring they are in good condition with packing slips for inventory control.
• Packs and ships parts to customers and suppliers in the most efficient manner.
• Maintains a log of all outgoing shipments and damages or shortages for inventory protection.
• Stocks parts into the correct warehouse locations after checking in.
• Operates a forklift truck.
• Keeps bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, labeled and organized.
• Assists Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
