Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to accurately fill customer parts orders, maintain inventory, process returns, and prepare shipments following Duncan Aviation procedures. The role also responds to internal and external parts inquiries with strong customer service, and loads and unloads deliveries with a forklift.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of warehousing, shipping or receiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year warehousing, shipping or receiving experience.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Hazardous Materials Shipping Certification eligible.

Responsibilities

• Fill customers' requests for parts including verification of quantities and part numbers.
• Maintain inventory integrity by documenting movements in the computer and RF system.
• Process returns, credits and salvages as necessary.
• Prepare parts shipments with proper packaging and documentation.
• Unload and load delivery trucks using a forklift safely.
