Duratech-Industries in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Parts Warehouse Specialist to manage parts inventory, receive and store items, and fulfill orders. You will coordinate shipments and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and operating warehouse equipment. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Warehouse or mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via phone, email, online, or in person.
• Pick parts from inventory according to order requirements.
• Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including packaging and labeling.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Receive returned merchandise, inspect for damage, and process returns according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and database.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage.
• Label, tag, and store parts in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinate and schedule the movement of parts throughout the warehouse or plant.
• Operate forklift to route machine parts to other locations in the facility.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; follow safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Parts Warehouse Specialist

Employment Type: Non-exempt, Full-time

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour, Full Benefits Package

Location: Jamestown, ND

Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing parts inventory, receiving and storing parts, taking and fulfilling orders, coordinating the shipment of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, bending, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
• Wear and work in personnel protective equipment.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Noise level is moderate.
• Frequently exposed to airborne particles.
• Exposure to heat/humidity during summer months.
