Job summary

Stotz Equipment in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Parts Warehouse/Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control and smooth shipping and receiving for our parts and service teams.

You will manage cycle counts, organize warehouse flow, and provide excellent customer service at the parts counter while coordinating with technicians and the sales staff. A High School Diploma and a willingness to work Saturdays are required; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Track, receive, and ship parts and accessories per procedures.
• Perform bin counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Unload trucks and document damages or discrepancies.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders and inter-store transfers.
• Allocate inventory to work orders and stock locations.
• Handle returns, surplus, and damaged goods.
• Provide customer service at phones and parts counter.
• Communicate order statuses to technicians and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Parts Warehouse/Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our parts and service operations running efficiently. Your attention to detail and organization will ensure accurate inventory control, smooth shipping and receiving, and timely support for both our Parts and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll help maintain warehouse flow, support customer needs, and contribute directly to delivering exceptional service across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track, receive, and ship parts and accessories following company procedures
• Perform bin counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Unload trucks, inspect shipments, and document any damages or discrepancies
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders, including inter-store transfers and sales deliveries
• Allocate inventory to work orders, will call, and stock locations
• Manage returns, surplus, damaged goods, and pallet movements
• Monitor shortages, overages, and damages; file claims and work with teams to resolve issues
• Provide customer service support by answering phones and assisting at the parts counter
• Communicate order statuses with technicians, parts specialists, and customers
• Assist the sales department with staging machines, bundling attachments, and preparing for deliveries

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties safely and efficiently

Preferred

• 1 - 3 years warehouse experience
• Background in the equipment, agriculture, or automotive industry is a plus

Compensation is competitive and based on skill level, experience, and knowledge.

Education

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs (occasionally heavier with assistance)

• Use of hands and arms for handling parts, tools, and operating warehouse equipment

• Ability to climb ladders and operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely

• Close and distance vision required for reading labels, part numbers, and safety instructions

• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via radio or computer

• Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and moderate noise levels in a warehouse environment

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
