Job summary

Stotz Equipment is seeking a Parts Specialist to assist customers with John Deere and other equipment parts, both in-store and over the phone. You will research parts, stock displays, and coordinate with vendors to meet customer needs, while maintaining inventory and showroom organization.

The role requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and flexibility, including occasional Saturday shifts. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required.

• Support audit compliance by ensuring accurate processes and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate a team-player mindset.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for customers needing parts and accessories for John Deere and other equipment. You’ll combine hands‑on service with technical knowledge to assist customers over the phone and in person. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the overall efficiency and organization of the parts department.

Preferred

• Forklift certification
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment, or other agricultural, turf, or construction machinery
• Prior experience in parts sales, service, or inventory management

Compensation is competitive and based on skill level, experience, and knowledge.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday

• Frequent use of hands for handling parts, operating tools, computer, and phone

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. regularly

• Requires close vision for reading, inventory, and computer work

• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone

• Sufficient hearing required to communicate in active warehouse and work environments

• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if not certified)

• Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and warehouse/yard environments

Salary Range

USD $22.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
