Job summary

Yellowhouse Machinery in Midland, Texas is seeking a Parts Warehouse Professional to handle receiving, stocking, and customer service for parts and accessories, contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership. You will verify receipts, stock parts, coordinate shipping with national carriers, and assist customers with loading and unloading orders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references.
• Must be able to perform customer service and stocking duties relating to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories for the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Places machine down and stocks ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner with emphasis on Service Dept. orders.
• Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments.
• Coordinates the shipping of all parts using established national carriers.
• Monitors shortages/overages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager.
• Coordinates and performs perpetual inventory counting as directed by the Parts Manager.
• Pulls, packs and ships monthly surplus returns accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists customers with loading/unloading of orders and returns.
• Assists Parts Counter Salesperson with pulling of parts orders as needed.
• Assists in keeping Parts Department, warehouse and all related parts areas clean and orderly including exterior storage or staging areas.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.
