Job summary

The H+H Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist in Papillion, NE. The role focuses on receiving, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory while supporting the dealership team in daily operations.

You will handle shipments, verify parts, process SPOs, and assist with deliveries. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with benefits typical of the company’s program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts shipments from freight carriers.
• Verify incoming inventory and ensure parts are received in good condition.
• Prioritize and process special parts orders (SPOs).
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
• Assist Parts Counter staff with preparing and organizing deliveries.
• Process and return obsolete parts to manufacturers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support the Parts team with additional duties as assigned.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? H+H Chevy is looking for a Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist to help keep our Parts Department running efficiently. In this role, you'll play a vital part in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory while supporting team members across the dealership. • Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to move about the dealership to effectively communicate with Associates from other departments.
