We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse / Local Delivery Person in Quincy, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for making local deliveries, supporting current delivery drivers in the event of an absences, handling parts and core returns, and performing general warehouse duties.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete local deliveries accurately and on time.
• Serve as backup driver for established delivery routes.
• Process new parts returns according to company procedures.
• Handle core returns and manage core inventory.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries.
• Follow all company safety protocols and DOT regulations.
• Assist in unloading incoming freight using a forklift
• Pull parts for customers and transfer truck.
• Report any problems or discrepancies to management
• Work effectively as a member of a small team
• Class "C" or above a plus
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Combination of education, training, or experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Mandatory pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground unassisted.
• Clean driving record and proof of insurability.
