Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate setup, picking, and packing of materials according to client specifications. The role requires quick response to pick requests and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must follow company procedures to prevent workplace injuries and ensure accurate shipments. Ability to work effectively in a team to meet individual and company goals is essential. Basic mathematical skills are necessary to verify the correct quantities of products in each package.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and organize items ordered by customers and prepare them for shipment.
2. Sort customer orders efficiently and accurately.
3. Verify shipments for proper labeling and accurate inventory inside packages.
4. Wrap, seal, and tag shipments correctly, including weight and timestamp markings.
5. Record shipment data for inbound and outbound packages.
6. Package, ship, and inspect outgoing goods.
7. Inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing standards are met.
8. Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
9. Record product, packaging, and order information accurately.
10. Conduct inventory checks and maintain workspace organization.
11. Utilize computer systems to identify tasks, update records, and locate goods.
12. Fill orders for delivery, sale, and movement of goods.
13. Operate equipment for collecting, delivering, and packaging goods.
14. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results.
15. Adhere to housekeeping and safety standards.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
