Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Parts Coordinator to manage accurate movement and storage of materials, process purchasing, and maintain inventory integrity using SAP. The role emphasizes customer service and coordination with branch operations.

The candidate will handle procurements, shipments, and cycle counts while supporting supplier relationships and equipment handling. This is a hands-on, on-site position in the Permian region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-4+ years related work experience.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred, including SAP.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar engine, Ariel compressor and Waukesha parts preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; forklift experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service consistent with company values.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute materials, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Process requisitions, work orders, shipping orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, bills of lading, invoices, and other records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Use SAP and inventory systems to record material movements.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and freight activities.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to meet business objectives.
