Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Parts Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory, process requisitions, and coordinate movement of materials across warehouses.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, safe operating procedures, and close collaboration with sales, purchasing, and operations teams. You will use SAP to record material movements, perform cycle counts, and support freight activities while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years' related work experience.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry including experience with ERP systems preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar engine and Ariel compressor, Waukesha and related spare parts preferred.
• Must have a great understanding of the invoicing/billing process (if applicable).
• Must be capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.), push/pull (up to 70 lbs.) and operating light equipment within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and properly use/operate lift trucks and general equipment used in a warehouse.
• Capable of effective communication with various levels of personnel.
• Possess math aptitude necessary to do inventory calculations.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and deal effectively with interruptions.
• Good customer service skills; displays a professional can-do attitude.
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Warehouse/Parts Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely movement, receipt, storage, procurement, and shipment of materials while delivering excellent customer service and supporting branch operations.
• This role manages inventory transactions, purchasing activities, shipping and receiving functions, billing, and material distribution using SAP and other company systems.
• The incumbent ensures inventory accuracy, maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards, and supports internal and external customers through effective coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and operations teams to meet business objectives.
• Operate company vehicles, forklifts, hydraulic lifts, and warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
