Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist customers with will-call orders. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years in a warehouse setting, can operate forklifts, and are comfortable with inventory systems and scanners. Overtime may be required; 50 lb lifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, or obtain certification on hire.
• Ability to use inventory systems, scanners, and basic computer apps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service through timely, accurate support.
• Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and will-call support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle counts.
• Support productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping docs.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Keep workspace clean and safe per 6S standards; communicate across teams.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse organization and processes.
• Participate in special projects and inventory activities as needed.
