Job summary

The Parts Warehouse Associate I at Ultipro supports daily warehouse functions, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory movement, and customer support to maintain high levels of accuracy and safety. You will help ensure uptime and efficiency by performing receiving, staging, shipping, and will-call tasks with attention to quality and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in warehousing and a GED/high school diploma, plus the ability to operate scanners and basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass WorkSteps testing requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of internal and external customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support.
• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, deliveries, and customer will-call support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, identification, storage, cycle count participation, and adherence to inventory control processes.
• Support operational efficiency by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in processing cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping documentation with attention to quality and compliance standards.
