Applied Innovation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dependable Parts Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of the Parts Department. You will receive, organize, and ship parts, maintain inventory records, and ensure service technicians have the parts they need.

The role is full-time and onsite at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or parts department preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) for inventory records.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and shelve incoming parts shipments.
• Pick, stage, and restock parts for Service Technicians.

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in the company database.
• Assist with semi-annual counts and cycle counts.
• Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for receiving, organizing, shipping, and maintaining inventory while ensuring our service technicians have the parts they need to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, onsite position located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:
