• Coordinate with the Parts Manager/Assistant Parts Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations in collaboration with production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
• Establish and follow operational procedures for verifying shipments, handling materials, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Inspect the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Report freight claims promptly.
• Manage salvage of warranty, damaged, or used materials as directed.
• Perform Warehouse Specialist duties as needed.
