Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate I to provide excellent customer service and ensure an organized warehouse operation with core inventory processes. The role requires basic warehouse duties, safety awareness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass WorkSteps test for this position.
• Overtime, weekend or evening work as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe (COPS) work environment.
• Pick, pack, stage, put away, and deliver orders; manage will call.
• Understand cores, ship desk, hose fabrication, and will call processes.
• Maintain basic inventory control and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
