Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet, part of Courtesy Automotive Group, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate stock records, maintain inventory levels, and facilitate the efficient flow of parts to support our service technicians and customers.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our parts department running smoothly and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with parts department computer systems and calculators preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, restock bins, and sort/receive merchandise.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse areas.
• Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding stock levels and orders.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs (with assistance).
• Familiarity with parts department computer systems and calculators.
• Physical stamina and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
