Job summary

Courtesy Tucson is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to join the team. You will ensure accurate stock records, maintain inventory levels, and help move parts to support service technicians and customers.

Attention to detail and organization are essential to keep the parts department running smoothly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, can lift up to 75 lbs with assistance, and are familiar with parts department computer systems and calculators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Familiarity with parts department computer systems and calculators.
• Strong organizational skills and physical stamina.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, restock bins, and sort/receive merchandise.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse areas.
• Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding stock levels and orders.
