The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism while managing parts orders and coordinating delivery or pick-up timelines. Key responsibilities include inventory management, organization, and timely communication with internal and external customers to ensure parts availability and support for field service technicians.
While performing this job, employees must frequently use hands, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally sit, climb, or balance. Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds is required. The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including humidity, fumes, chemicals, weather, and mechanical hazards.
