Job Summary

As a Dealership Parts Warehouse Associate, you will manage and organize automotive parts and accessories inventory within the dealership's warehouse. Your primary duties include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. You will collaborate with the parts department to fulfill customer orders and ensure a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts and accessories
• Inspect received items for damages and report discrepancies or defects
• Use inventory management software to update stock records, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts
• Organize and maintain warehouse space
• Pick parts accurately according to order specifications, preparing for delivery or pickup
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation
• Assist in the preparation and shipment of outgoing orders
• Collaborate with the parts department to fulfill customer orders promptly, communicating shortages or delays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
