Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to maintain heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. You will work with service technicians and customers to fulfill parts orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure smooth part delivery.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, strong customer service, and teamwork in a typically fast-paced environment. OSHA-compliant safety practices and regular physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card if needed.
• Three years of warehouse and inventory experience, preferably with mechanical parts.
• Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: keep parts warehouse organized and conduct cycle counts.
• Order Fulfillment: process parts orders/returns, pick, pack, and deliver parts as needed.
• Customer Interaction: work with service technicians and customers to understand parts needs and provide excellent service.

Job Summary

Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Inventory Management: Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. Also perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders and returns, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts to customers and parts-drop locations as needed.
• Customer Interaction:Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.

Job Qualifications

• Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record will be required, along with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if one is not currently possessed.
• Experience:At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, with some of that time spent in a mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!

• Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
• Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
