Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Parts business plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Own and manage P&L drivers of the value stream.
• Champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Proven leadership in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies

Strong knowledge of manufacturing policies

Data-driven decision-making

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business
