Ron Craft Chevrolet/Cadillac, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, seeks a Parts and Training Manager to optimize profitability of parts inventory and lead a team. This full-time role offers a base compensation of 84,000 to 114,000 USD per year, plus a $5,000 monthly draw and commission, with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities within Sonic Automotive.

Qualificações

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in an automotive parts department.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills.
• Some sales experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and Monitors the performance of all parts department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Maintains a balanced inventory aligned with service, body shop, wholesale accounts, and DIY customers.
• Establishes pricing parameters to generate gross profit and customer loyalty.
• Manages inventory levels for maximum turnover and minimizes obsolescence.
• Ensures proper tagging of parts and adherence to supplier warranties.
• Oversight of special orders and parts workflows.
• Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to meet profit goals.
• Directs outside parts and counter sales activities and telemarketing.
• Develops sales promotions and manufacturer co-op advertising.
• Ensures customer satisfaction guidelines are followed and customer issues are addressed.
