Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating parts movement across departments.
• Basic computer input and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Valid driver’s license for positions driving PCC vehicles can be required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate activities with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and documents the transportation of products from one department to another or within a product team.
• Determines daily status, meets with leads to determine needs and movement of parts to other areas, communicates across production departments.
• Reports status and schedule of products to Planning to assure delivery schedules are met.
• Determines daily status of parts for outside processing.
• Moves test materials between departments and ensures they are prepared for each stage.
• Splits lots, inputs split lot transactions, and coordinates with other personnel.
