Qualifications

• Experience with outside processing vendor base.
• Knowledge of investment casting finishing processes (machining, heat treat, cleaning) preferred.
• Production scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and non-standard hours.
• Strong math, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and schedule outside processing product loads to align shop floor schedules with customer requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery requirements and throughput issues.
• Ensure vendor adherence to QCM/QCI requirements (e.g., tech cards, certifications).
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Planning on outside processing needs to meet schedule requirements.
• Maintain critical part movement and support month-end shipping requirements.
• Provide direction to meet shop floor schedules.
