Job summary

Westpointvaford is seeking a Parts Support Staff to handle receiving, stocking, warranty consolidation, and returns in a fast-paced department. You will maintain inventory accuracy, pull parts for orders, and assist delivery drivers.

You will report to the parts director and collaborate with the sales team. Ideal candidates are organized, honest, dependable, and team players with a valid Virginia driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry them up and down stairs.
• Must be able to be on your feet for three or four hours at a time.
• All employees must pass a drug test and background check. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts, check in, stock the shelves, warranty consolidation and returns.
• Maintain a neat and accurate inventory; perform random inventory bin checks.
• Pull parts for orders to be shipped to customers/technicians; straighten bins.
• Help delivery drivers load for their delivery runs.
• Report to the parts director and work closely with the parts sales team.

Job description

This position is the role of a support staff for our department

The job entails - receiving parts, checking them in, stocking the shelves, warranty consolidation and returns, maintaining a neat and accurate inventory, random inventory bin checks, pulling parts for orders to be shipped to customers/technicians, straightening bins, helping delivery drivers load for their delivery runs. You will report directly to the parts director and work closely with the parts sales team.

Compensation Range $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Job requirements;

Must be 18 years of age.

Organized, honest and dependable.

Team player willing to help others with a valid Virginia driver's license.

Ability to push pull and or lift up to 50 LBS and well as carry them up and down stairs.

Must be able to be on your feet for three or four hours at a time.
