Canon USA is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring reliable product delivery and effective inventory control at multiple sites. You will supervise staff, train teams, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication abilities, and willingness to travel. Competitive base salary is provided with comprehensive benefits and on-site facilities.
Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all daily functions. This includes successful product delivery to our customers, procurement of products for timely deliver, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy, and control of the operation costs for all of Canon USA.
Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $61,800-$92,520 annually.
