Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the successful completion of daily functions, including product delivery to customers, procurement, inventory accuracy, and cost control across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leadership of on-site teams and branch operations. You will supervise, train, and develop staff, implement productivity programs, and address customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a team.
  • May require travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

  • Trains, directs, and develops direct reports as well as evaluates and appraises performance.
  • Develops and implements programs or procedures that increase team productivity.
  • Instructs representatives on the use of computer system job code assignment.
  • Provides input and assistance to superiors on applicable issues or projects to increase department productivity.
  • Works to resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely manner and reviews unresolved problems with manager.
  • Assists with performance reviews of subordinates.
  • Communicates, audits data, researches deadlines and timelines, and provides accurate results.
  • Supports Spares faculties and travels out of state as needed.
  • Directs on-site supervision of branch operations. A minimum of twice a month.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all daily functions. This includes successful product delivery to our customers, procurement of products for timely deliver, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy, and control of the operation costs for all of Canon USA.

  • Works to resolve any customer issues/concerns in a timely manner and reviews unresolved problems with manager.
  • Assists with performance reviews of subordinates.
  • Communicates, makes a cognitive decisions, audits data, researches, understands deadlines and timelines, and provides accurate results.
  • Supports Spares faculties and travels out of state as needed.
  • Directs on-site supervision of branch operations. A minimum of twice a month.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $61,800-$92,520 annually.
