Job summary

MANCON in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure customer service, inventory control, and paperwork meet expectations while supervising store personnel. This is an hourly, full-time role.

You will manage daily operations, review requisitions, coordinate with vendors, run reports, train forklift operators, and provide emergency support as needed. The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, inventory skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year computer experience.
• 5 years auto or heavy duty truck parts experience.
• 1 year inventory experience.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 24-hour availability.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience.
• Obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Obtain and maintain P1 or P2 ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service including greeting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Review requisition forms to ensure signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities.
• Answer questions regarding availability of parts and assist with research.
• Research parts for procurement using vendor websites and manuals.
• Enter data into the inventory system and process orders.
• Generate and review inventory and vendor reports, and coordinate transfers.
• Supervise store personnel and provide training; support with emergencies.
