Qualifications

• 1 year computer experience.
• 5 years auto or heavy duty truck parts experience.
• 1 year inventory experience.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 24-hour availability.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving experience.
• Obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Obtain and maintain P1 or P2 ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in customer service, inventory control and paperwork.
• Meet and greet customers and provide parts research assistance.
• Review requisition forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Answer questions regarding parts availability and research correctly.
• Contact vendors for pricing and place orders as needed.
• Produce and review required reports and inventory corrections.
• Perform weekly inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Data entry of vendor receiving documents and inventory transfers.
• Maintain item numbers and stock sources in the inventory system.
• Follow SOPs, policy manuals and safety procedures.
