Job summary

XL Parts/The Parts House in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help expedite shipments and manage daily retail operations. You will assist with shipping/receiving, assemble and fill customer orders within a 45-minute window, and perform inventory and cycle counts.

You will also schedule drivers, address customer questions, handle cash and deposits, stock parts, answer phones, and maintain a safe, clean work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED
• 1–2 years in a retail environment
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Assemble and fill customer orders within a 45-minute window
• Inventory and cycle counts
• Schedule contract drivers based on business needs
• Answer customer questions and address complaints
